1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this site and any related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & age
- General site access: 13+ (with parent/guardian consent where required by local law).
- Crypto, wallet, or transactional features: 18+ only.
- You represent you meet the applicable age requirement and have legal capacity to enter these Terms.
3. International availability
The Services are offered globally where permitted by law. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We may restrict access where providing the Services would be unlawful, require licensing we do not have, or be prohibited by sanctions/export controls.
4. Wallets & digital assets
- We are non-custodial; you control your wallet and keys. Never share your seed phrase.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible and publicly visible on-chain.
- Network fees and third-party risks (wallets, bridges, networks) are your responsibility.
5. No investment or legal advice
Content is for informational/entertainment purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Digital assets are volatile and involve risk, including possible loss of value.
6. Taxes & compliance
You are responsible for all taxes arising from your use of the Services and compliance with local laws (including KYC/AML if applicable to you). We may implement additional checks or limits to comply with law.
7. Prohibited uses & geo-restrictions
- No unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or attempts to evade sanctions/export controls.
- No use by persons or entities on government sanctions lists.
- We may geo-block or terminate access where required by law or platform policies.
8. Intellectual property
The site, logos, text, and other materials are owned by CyShadow Interactive Studio or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Venue and jurisdiction are in the courts of Davao City, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
